Cod fillet with lemon mayo and asparagus.
Potato purée soup.
Eton Mess parfait with vanilla cream, strawberries, blueberries, orange meringue, plus My devil's food cake and mascarpone topping.
yep, lovely huixin prepared this 3-course meal for us last friday. haha, had a hell good of a time helping winnie hold the bowl while she frantically whisked the eggwhites (for at least an hour). she's sensitized to "5 more mins" already. good for you if you understood the joke. lol, i feel that its really a lot of work preparing meals. what more 3-course meals for a total of 8 people. any how, its fun. may be a fact that i didn't help much, i won't deny that i TRIED to help. lol, ermm.. people like ahyi who took F&N for 2 years rarely stepped into the kitchen, and the only time she entered the kitchen was to take pictures of the Chef at work. funny how ironic things are. contrary to ahyi, winnie was the one who took D&T but spent an hour trying to beat the hell out of the eggwhites. Life's irony.
